Panel discussion on the political situation in Central Europe. Four artist representatives of the Visegrád (V4) countries – Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary – will discuss the cultural and political landscape in the light of the recent populist tendencies across Europe and how this influences the situation of artists and the artist-run art sector.
Participants: Michał Mejnartowicz (Wykwit, Wrocław, PL), Richard Bakeš (Berlinskej Model, Prague, CZ), Roman Bicek (Hotdock, Bratislava, SK), Zsófia Kókai (MŰTŐ, Budapest, HU).
Moderator: Alice Máselníková, Czech artist and curator based in Stockholm.
